iBex PMS

Our PMS software is simply designed to make life easy for the owners of smaller hotels and B&B’s. It’s easy to learn even if you hate computers. It makes it easy to accomplish the tasks you need to do - day in, day out to keep your customers and staff happy. Once you start using it though, it’s easy to wonder how you ever managed without it before.

iBex PMS has many of the features you would expect from a heavy-weight competitor, like checking guests in and out and creating VAT invoices and reports. However, because we haven’t invested time developing interfaces with telephone systems or EPOS you can access all this great functionality at just a fraction of the cost you might otherwise pay. iBex PMS includes all the features of our online booking engine and channel manager in it’s price.

What makes iBex great is its usability—little features like the daily task list, room servicing schedule and customer database to quickly populate a guests details if they have booked before. Availability in PMS feeds our online booking engine and channel manager so you are able to sell all the rooms you have on your own website, or through your 3rd party sales channels like booking.com in real time.

 

  • Manually enter reservation details, add different room types, over-ride suggested rates for preferred customers

  • Add miscellaneous sale items to the bill, and create a VAT invoice from selected items - for example the room and meal might be charged to a company, where a drinks bill might be invoiced separately to the guest
  • Supports multiple levels of staff access, from read only to the ability to change everything
