Since switching our online reservation system to iBex, we have made significant savings month on month as we were on a commission pricing model before. The integration with booking.com has also reduced our workload as reservations download straight into our front desk software, and our availability on booking.com is automatically updated if we take a reservation over the phone.

Online booking saves us time, and increases the accuracy of guest booking data. Real time availability gives our website users the assurance that their room is booked - and there is simply no comparison with our previous enquiry forms in terms of the real business it delivers.
